Estafa dominios (SCAM)

En los últimos días han sido varios los clientes que han recibido un correo electrónico, generalmente desde un registrador de dominios asiático, en el que se les informa que una compañía ha solicitado el registro de la marca o dominio, que coincide con el suyo.
Sin duda, se trata de una estafa conocida como "Domain Name Scam". Mediante este mecanismo se intenta que la víctima contrate a la empresa estafadora servicios de protección de dominio en algunos casos o bien, que pague una cantidad para detener las gestiones de la empresa "fantasma".
Esta prática no es nueva, pero parece que actualmente se ha intensificado.

If your company has nothing to do with that company, they maybe have other purposes to register these domain names and net brand.We haven't finished the registration of that company yet, and we have postponed the application of this company temporarily already. In order to deal with this issue better, please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible. In addition, we hereby affirm that our time limit for dissent application is 7 days. If your company files no dissent within the time limit, we will unconditionally approve the application submitted by that company.Best Regards.
